Vaccine Information:
All caregivers are eligible to receive the vaccine in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Virginia Department of Health. To sign up for the vaccine, caregivers have to sign up through their county’s health department vaccine page. Additionally caregivers are eligible to apply through Fairfax County Department of Health as well.
**Proof of employment (such as a paystub or work letter) is required. If you need either, please contact the office at:
