We are excited to announce that we are now a part of the Centipede network. Towards the end of this year, Medicaid for long term care will be overhauled in attempt to provide better services for recipeints.
As a part of this, 6 networks will work with providers such as Hope Home Care to assure that patients are receiving the care they need. Hope Home Care will be contracting with all 6 networks to assure that our patients keep receiving services while we transition into this new system.or
